When I saw this book up for review at Thomas Nelson I knew I HAD to get it and review! This book is so precious and my little Diva LOVES anything princess related!
The graphics in this book are bright and clear. I personally love the story of Esther! Little Gigi dances throughout the whole devotional, so cute!

My Review:
When I first started reading this book I was immediately drawn in because he compares what we do as new Christians with the Amish Rumspringa. But then Mr. Harris starts to dig in and show the reader that the study of Theology is not as daunting as many of us believe. Theology is where we should all start to get the basic foundation of our faith.

My Review:
I'll admit, I tend to go more towards sweet sauces on my BBQ, but Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce was savory and delicious! I could taste a hint of steak sauce flavor in the product, which my husband loved! We used Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce with little smokies. The bowl was empty when everyone had sampled the sauce!

My Review:
This is a very sweet movie with absolutely stunning scenery of Australia and England. The Father (Clive Owens) loses his wife and then takes on the responsibility of raising a teenaged son from a previous relationship plus his young son from his current marriage. The movie covers both bases of laughter and tears. Great movie to get your guy to sit down with you and watch without the movie being a "chick flick".

I Heart Jonas DVD Review
What can I say? I made major points with my oldest daughter when the I Heart Jonas DVD by Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment showed up in the mail! We slid the dvd into the player and off we went into a young girls idea of fabulous entertainment with "cute" boys...especially Joe (according to my daughter!) If you have a young lady who enjoys the Jonas Brothers, this is a good buy for that Valentines Basket:)

Mexican Food Night

Now for the pictorial of how to make my Creamy Chicken Enchiladas...another family fave around here!
We decided to use chicken tenders since it was just Nick and I and the twinks. Faster cooking too!
Cut into bite size pieces.
Add a small container of sour cream.
One can of Cream of mushroom soup and mix.
Add Cheese (about a cup) I used cheddar because that's what I had in the fridge, but any variety tastes good!
Place into a flour tortilla and wrap it up. If I have any filling left, I put it on the top of the enchiladas. Put the enchiladas into a preheated 400 degree oven for 20 minutes.
Nice and cheesy! Add some tortilla chips with the homemade salsa and you now have a nice little meal to share with your family!
